As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I’ve seen how traditional advice (“rest more,” “take a vacation”) doesn’t address the root causes of burnout. That’s why I created the 7-Step Butterfly Method — a framework that blends clinical insight with holistic practices to guide individuals from survival mode to balance.
